Being a single parent is especially hard at prom time. When my daughter graduated , there was a dress , transportation issues ( we didn't have a car) , flowers , restaurant bill , and more. Guess what ? No money . A very special person payed for some of this . The dress we got was from a church 'prom program'. They had a special closet with dresses , and we picked one for free !
